One great thing that I believed really worked for me is, keeping my hand off from the mouse while reading the questions. Do you have this habit of laying your hand on the mouse? Well, this is the time to practice not to do that. Hands off the mouse while reading!
This will give you consciously and subconsciously the chance to read the questions and answer choices extra carefully. Just like when you encounter “needs further teaching”. NCSBN knows that test takers has the tendency to misread that and I’m telling you they intend to make it sound like you will be looking for a positive answer choice instead of the negative one.
It’s not how bad you want it, but how much you work hard for it. You can do it!
